The Ministry of Youth Affairs, Creative Economy and Sports notifies members of the
public and all stakeholders that it has developed the Anti-Doping (Amendment)
Bill, 2026, the ADAK Anti-Doping Rules, 2026 and the National Anti-Doping Policy,
2026.
Pursuant to Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution and the Statutory Instru-
ments Act, the Ministry invites members of the public to submit comments, views, memoranda and recommendations on the proposed documents.
Copies of the draft Anti-Doping (Amendment) Bill, 2026, the ADAK Anti-Doping
Rules, 2026 and the National Anti-Doping Policy, 2026 may be accessed through:
