David Kipketer

Mr David Kipketer Rono is an independent non- executive director with a bachelor’s degree in business management from Moi University. He trained as a P1 Teacher in Muranga Teachers College. David was elected to the county Assembly of Elgeyo Marakwet as the Member of County Assembly of Sengwer Ward which he served for 9years.He also served in various capacities at the County Assembly Service Board of Elgeyo Marakwet such as the vice chairperson to the County Assembly Service Board. He also served as the Chairperson to the Finance and Economic Planning Committee. He was appointed at ADAK board on 20th November 2024. He Chairs the Strategy Planning and Governance Board Committee and is a Member of Finance and General-Purpose Board Committee.
