The Anti-Doping Agency of Kenya (ADAK) was established by the Government of Kenya through the Anti-Dopin Act No. 5 of 2016 (revised 2020), with its powers vested in a Board, headed by a chairman. The key mandate of the Agency is to protect athletes’ fundamental rights to participate in doping-free sport and thus promotin good health, fairness and equality for athletes in Kenya.
